• Pick-up from airport:
• Ram has no vehicle but can arrange pick-up from the airport by taxi. This will be a hassle free arrival after a long flight. It will save you having to deal with touts, bargaining with taxi drivers and language barriers.

The video store and internet cafe on the ground floor

Property description:

The rooms are situated in a modern apartment building in Boudhanath, Kathmandu. One apartment is on the first floor, one on the third floor. Ram lives on the ground floor and operates a video store and internet café. The video collection is the best in town and includes videos on Buddhism, art-house movies, block busters, and TV-series. Each apartment has 5 rooms, one with en-suite and four with shared bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a shared balcony.

The rooms:

• large double bed
• small table/desk
• one chair
• one cushion for sitting/meditation
• cabinets for storage
• all rooms have their own key, plus front door key
• bed sheet and pillow cases
• duvet cover + duvet
• windows with fitted insect screens

The bathrooms:

• fully tiled

• gas hot water (24/7)

The kitchen:

• equipped with pots, crockery and cutlery

The penthouse apartment has 3 rooms that share the kitchen and bathroom. It has a large rooftop terrace with lounge furniture and a hammock. It has all day sun, the views are fantastic.
